What we can do to your
Turkey!
Crown - We remove the legs which are then
boned and stuffed. The whole breast is left on the
bone. Crowning makes cooking and carving more
simple.

Bone and Roll - We carefully remove all the
white and dark meat from your turkey. This is
then stuffed and rolled into a cushion. A boned
and rolled turkey is the most simple to carve.
Cost £10.00
Stuffing Choices
(using our farmhouse pork sausage meat),
Sage and Onion, Cranberry and Orange,Chestnut,
or Apricot and Almond.

We take care supplying Turkeys and Turkey breasts joints close to the size ordered, but due to the fact that the poultry comes from a small local farm this is not always possible (sizes may vary).
Our turkey breasts can be purchased either stuffed or unstuffed.
All of our stuffings contain our farmhouse sausage meat plus a choice of;
Chestnut, Apricot and Almond, Sage and Onion or
Cranberry and Orange stuffing mix.
