This service is open to customers who live within an 5 mile radius of Sway, & includes Lymington, Beaulieu, Milford, Barton, New Milton, Burley & Brockenhurst.
 Delivery Days
We deliver two days a week as follows:
Fridays between 9.00am & 5.00pm
Saturdays between 9.00am & 1.00pm
Our Grass Fed Free Range English Beef comes from Selected Farms in Devon & Bedfordshire.
The sides are hung for up to 3 weeks to make it naturally tender & tasty.
The English Lamb that we sell is sourced from farms in Dorset & the West Country.
We only sell English Lamb that is very tender & full of flavour. It is available all year round.
The Pork that we sell at Sway is from pigs that are free to roam over the Purbeck Hills in Dorset.
These naturally reared pigs produce succulent pork with a superb flavour
Our whole local free range chickens come from a small family run farm at West Wellow just North of Cadnam.
They are hand fed on natural grain and allowed to roam free outside.
The birds are hung before being drawn to increase the flavour and tenderness.
These local chickens are not to be confused with supermarket varieties!
To make our well known hand made chicken cuts we source our naturally fed fresh chickens from Norfolk.
These birds are raised in special barns, where they have plenty of room to roam around and lots of natural light & fresh air.
They are only fed on a diet of wheat & soya. This environment produces active, healthy birds resulting in tasty tender chicken.
Sway Butchers is the home of the famous New Forest Sausage Co.
We make home made quality sausages with no rind, offal or nasty Bits!!
All of the sausages sold at Sway are Home Made to secret family recipes.
We cook our English Charter Gammons very slowly overnight to produce a ham that is not wet and has lots of flavour.
Sourced from a small family farm 4 miles down the road, our fresh free range eggs are delivered to us twice a week.
Not many food miles covered with this product!
