Our whole local free range chickens come from a small family run farm at West Wellow just North of Cadnam and carry the New Forest Marque.They are hand fed on natural grain and allowed to roam free outside.The birds are hung before being drawn to increase the flavour and tenderness. These local chickens are not to be confused with supermarket varieties!

To make our well known hand made chicken cuts we source our naturally fed fresh chickens from Norfolk. These birds are raised in special barns, where they have plenty of room to roam around and lots of natural light & fresh air. They are only fed on a diet of wheat & soya. This environment produces active, healthy birds resulting in tasty tender chicken
