Our Summer Menu

Burgers

We can make the following varieties in 4oz, 6oz or 8oz burgers.

Standard Beef Burgers, Premium Beef Burgers, Pork and Apple Burgers, Lamb Burgers, and Venison Burgers.

Sausages

We can make our all of our sausages in a variety of sizes to cater for even the most hungry of guests. From cocktail sausages, 1oz chipolatas and standard 2oz sausages, to our large 3oz (hotdog size) and 4oz (1/4lb jumbo sausage). All made with the same high standard of meat and seasoning.

Kebabs

Our home made kebabs are made fresh for you by our instore staff. Choose from Beef, Pork, Lamb and Chicken.

These again can be supplied marinated ready for cooking.

Traditional cuts of meat that are great for outdoor cooking.

Lamb; Whole or half a leg (these are available on the bone or butterflied) Lamb Chops.

Chicken; Whole chickens (these can be spatchcocked) Chicken Legs, Thighs, Wings and Drumsticks.

Beef; Ribs, Sirloin Steaks, Rib Eye Steak, Rump Steak.

Pork; Ribs of Pork both as a joint and individually, Pork loin steaks and Pork chops.

These again can be supplied marinated ready for cooking.

Marinades

Garden Mint, Tomato and Herb, Thai, Sticky Maple, Sweet and Sour, and Garlic Butter
